This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you ("Licensee") and Marchant Web, LLC, the creator of Ombré ("Ombré", "Product", "we", "us", or "our"). By using or installing Ombré, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Once a license key has been purchased, we grant you a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use, modify, and integrate the Ombré components into your personal and commercial projects.
To activate your license, place your unique license key in a .ombre-license file in your project's public directory. Your license key is intentionally designed to be part of your production build and publicly visible. However, you may not share or transfer your license key to others for the purpose of bypassing licensing requirements. We monitor license key usage patterns and reserve the right to implement domain restrictions or revoke licenses that show signs of abuse.
You may use, modify, and integrate the Ombré components in your projects, whether for personal or commercial purposes, and deploy them in any media or digital format.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Ombré components as standalone items. Barring the public license key file mentioned above, sharing your unique license key with any third party is strictly prohibited, and any attempt to remove or alter proprietary notices is not allowed. If abuse of a license key is suspected, we reserve the right to revoke and/or replace the key without notice. In such cases, legitimate customers will be issued new license keys.
In development environments, an incorrect or missing license key may trigger licensing warnings intended solely to alert you during development. These warnings do not affect production functionality. Including your license key in the .ombre-license file is required for proper license validation and compliance in both development and production environments. While this file is intentionally public, any attempts to circumvent licensing through unauthorized sharing or reuse of license keys may result in automatic domain restrictions or license revocation.
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, in the Ombré components remain the exclusive property of Marchant Web, LLC.
Ombré and its components are provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Marchant Web, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, Ombré or its components.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Marchant Web, LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Marchant Web, LLC regarding your use of Ombré and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
By using Ombré, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.
